Per-Driver GPS Overrides (SEQ routes)
Override the default auto-arrival GPS thresholds for individual drivers.
Defaults: Arrive 30m, Speed 30mph, Accuracy 80m, Heading check on.

CSV Address Geocoder
Upload a CSV of delivery addresses. We re-geocode each row against Mapbox v6,
targeting the driveway / curb entrance (not the rooftop), and return four files:
full (every row with new coords appended), safe_apply (high-confidence rows ready to swap into your system), review (rows needing a human eye), and diff (only the rows that meaningfully move).
